Alessandra Aquilanti

Alessandra Aquilanti is Development Director at Music@Menlo, a chamber music festival based in Atherton California. Past professional experiences include copywriter at the San Francisco Symphony, General Manager of Noe Music, and Program Manager with the St. Lawrence String Quartet. She graduated from Stanford University with a PhD in Italian Literature in 2015 and is a freelance violist appearing regularly with symphonies, opera companies, and chamber orchestras in the Bay Area.
Ron La Bruzzo

With over 30 years of experience managing large trusts and spearheading community lending initiatives, Ron La Bruzzo is a trusted business advisor and a multi-faceted financial services professional. He is known for developing thoughtful, thorough, and well-organized financial consultations and helping others chart a path to financial growth.
Ron prides himself upon providing detailed guidance and practical business solutions for his clients. His integrated approach to financial management and practical industry knowledge are routinely sought by both for profit and nonprofit organizations. He most recently provided financial direction to the Santa Rosa Symphony and currently serves on several for profit and nonprofit boards, including Chairman for Deerfield Ranch Winery in Sonoma and Board Member for the privately held Nulastin® Inc.
Ron’s unique blend of experience includes forming and leading large and complex trusts, serving as Chief Financial Officer and Compliance Officer, advising on business structure, property purchase and investing, insurance, and asset management. Throughout his career, Ron has directed projects that provide customized solutions for clients while providing a comprehensive range of business-based financial assistance. An excellent communicator well-versed in all facets of financial planning, Ron’s decades of experience as a senior business advisor and financial facilitator continues to empower clients as they assess their financial needs and options to achieve sustainable financial success.
Michael Remson
President & CEO
KeyNote, home of the San Diego Youth Symphony
Michael Remson is President & CEO of KeyNote, home of San Diego Youth Symphony, where he leads strategy, development, collaborations, and operations for one of California’s leading music education institutions and serves as VP of the Balboa Park Cultural Partnership Board. KeyNote’s flagship youth orchestra, community programs, and early childhood curriculum serve 3500+ families annually. Previously, Dr. Remson was Executive Director of AFA, Houston’s largest music education non-profit, delivering 50,000+ hours of programming annually. He served on California Arts Council and National Endowment for the Arts panels and chaired the grants panel for Texas Commission on the Arts. He is an accomplished composer, librettist and author and was Composer-in-Residence with Ulster Orchestra in Belfast, Northern Ireland, through a grant from Americans for the Arts. He taught for Houston Ballet Academy, San Diego Civic Youth Ballet, University of Houston, delivered dozens of guest lectures and master classes, and authored two books on American music. He is a graduate of New York University, University of Houston, and Carnegie Mellon University. In 2018, he received a Milestone Award from National Guild of Community Arts Education for his service to arts education.
