Culver City Symphony Orchestra Mozart’s 268th Birthday Sunday January 21, 2024, 7:00pm For the second concert of our season, we take a step back into the Classical period as we celebrate Mozart’s 268th birthday. Catherine Ransom Karoly, Associate Principal Flute of the LA Phil, will be featured in the Flute Concerto No. 1. The overture to The Magic Flute opens the program, and we end with Mozart’s final symphony, the Jupiter, considered to be one of the greatest symphonies in classical music. The Culver City Symphony Orchestra is led by our new Music Director-Conductor, Clyde Mitchell.
